By using our products, services or website for any purpose our users agree to the following:

Our users agree to indemnify and hold harmless RX-TATTOO, RX-TATTOO.COM ( ANAIS CORP) its officers, employees, agents, and suppliers from and against any and all claims, charges, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, expenses, and liabilities of whatever nature and howsoever arising (including but not limited to any legal or other professional fees and the costs of defending or prosecuting any claim and any other direct or consequential loss) incurred or suffered directly or indirectly as a result of using any product listed on our website.

Most of our customers enjoy success with RX-TATTOO, but we cannot guarantee results. Because each person's skin and tattoo is unique, we are unable to make guarantees--expressed or implied--regarding the effectiveness of RX-TATTOO, for tattoo removal despite the medical evidence, our expertise or our experiences.

Keep our products out of reach of children or animals. Misuse of chemical peel products can cause injury and burns. We do not sell products or services to children. If you are under 18, you may use this site only with involvement of a parent or guardian. We also do not sell  RX-TATTOO, for use on the face, genitals or genital area.

Users agree any legal disputes shall be adjudicated in League City Texas not withstanding conflict of other state laws or rules.

You understand we do not treat illnesses or conditions and any information received is intended to help you make a more informed decision, but is not the final word on that decision. You assume the risk and responsibility of any adverse effects or consequences resulting from the use or misuse of any of our products or instructions. You hereby release, hold harmless, and discharge RX-TATTOO,, its officers, employees, agents and suppliers from all claims of damages, demands, or actions whatsoever in any manner arising from or growing out of your use of this website.

Because TCA peels will make your skin more sensitive to the sun, be certain you have adequate sunscreen and appropriate clothing protecting the treatment area while using this product. Make sure that you use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 or 45.

Significant complications with TCA chemical peels are rare. Potential complications may include: scarring, infection, changes in skin tone or uneven skin tone such as Hyperpigmentation or Hypopigmentation. TCA peels may also cause swelling or blisters depending on your skin type and the potency of the chemical solution that was used. These symptoms usually diminish after the first week.

Warnings:

Take caution and consult a physician before beginning a peel treatment if you have a history of any of the following conditions or skin problems:

 1) Prior bad reaction to a peel or dermabrasion
2) History of sun allergies
3) Chemotherapy or radiation treatments for cancer
4) Keloids or hypertrophic scars
5) Pregnant or breast-feeding
6) Sunburn or significant sun exposure on treatment area
7) Surgery within the last 8 weeks to the area to be treated
8) Psoriasis, Eczema, Dermatitis or Rosacea
9) Infection or disease on area to be treated
10) Cut or broken skin on area to be treated
11) Have black or dark olive/brown skin tones
12) HIV positive or Aids

Clients need to be aware that by using TCA and other peeling products, your skin will be more photo-sensitive than normal.  It is recommended that you use a sunscreen with an SPF of at least 15, preferably SPF 30 or higher, after using skin peel products.  The FDA recommends using an SPF for at least one week post-peel.
